Course Structure

1. Course Duration: The course consists of two parts:
   • 12-week Class Course: An intensive learning period covering essential skills and knowledge.
   • 3-month Internship: A practical, hands-on internship designed to help you master the skills learned during the class course. This internship is conducted within our startup, providing you with real-world experience.
2. Certification: Upon successful completion of both parts of the course, you will receive a certificate of achievement.

Fees and Charges

1. No Fees: This course is offered free of charge. There are no registration fees, tuition fees, or any other hidden charges.

Internship Details

1. Purpose: The internship provides practical experience and contributes to our startup's projects.
2. Duration: The internship lasts for 3 months following the completion of the class course.
3. Commitment: Participants are expected to commit to the full duration and actively contribute to assigned projects and tasks.
4. Compensation: This internship is unpaid. Participants acknowledge that they are not entitled to wages for the time spent in the internship.

Participant Responsibilities

1. Attendance: Participants must attend all scheduled classes and complete all assignments and projects on time.
2. Active Participation: Engage actively in both the class and internship phases. Participation is crucial for both your learning and the success of our startup projects.
3. Conduct: Maintain professional behavior and adhere to our startup's code of conduct during the internship.

Data and Privacy

1. Data Collection: We will collect and store your personal information for course administration and communication.
2. Privacy: Your data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

1. Course Materials:
   • Original Content: Course materials created by our startup are the intellectual property of our startup. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
   • Third-Party Content: Some course materials, including but not limited to YouTube videos, are the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. Your use of such content is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platforms or content owners.
2. Internship Work: Any work produced during the internship is the property of our startup. However, participants may include projects they worked on in their personal portfolios, subject to any confidentiality restrictions.

Termination

1. Termination by Participant: You may terminate your participation at any time with written notice. This may affect your eligibility for certification.
2. Termination by Startup: We reserve the right to terminate your participation for violations of these terms, including misconduct, failure to attend at least 60% classes, or non-performance during the internship.
3. Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease use of all course materials. No partial certification will be provided.

Affiliates and Disclaimers

This course is provided by New Age Skillsphere (NAS), an initiative of ABION Industries Ltd. Throughout the course, NAS may collaborate with affiliates, partners, and external organizations to provide resources, materials, and internship opportunities.

1. Affiliates and Partners: Certain course resources, training materials, and project opportunities may come from NAS's partners and affiliates. By participating in this course, you acknowledge that external affiliates may assist in course facilitation, internship projects, or additional training resources as part of this program.
2. Third-Party Content and Services: NAS may integrate third-party content, software, and online platforms as part of the curriculum. While NAS strives to ensure quality and relevance, we do not assume liability for the accuracy, functionality, or availability of third-party resources. Participants' use of third-party content is subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.
3. Non-Endorsement Disclaimer: NAS's collaboration with affiliates and partners does not imply endorsement of their products, services, or practices unless otherwise stated. Participants should independently review the policies and practices of any third-party services utilized during the course.
4. Data Sharing: Personal information may be shared with affiliates solely for course facilitation and internship coordination purposes, in accordance with data protection laws. NAS will ensure that all affiliates adhere to strict privacy and confidentiality standards.

1. Affiliate Commissions: NAS may earn commissions from sales generated through affiliate links included in course materials, resources, or communications. These affiliate partnerships help NAS to offer this course free of charge and sustain our educational mission.
2. Transparency and Independence: While NAS may recommend third-party products and services, our recommendations are based solely on their educational value and relevance to the course. Dispute Resolution

Our startup's liability for any claim arising from this course or internship is limited to the direct damages incurred, not to exceed the equivalent of the fair market value of the course.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated to participants with at least 14 days' notice.
